Access & Responsibility

Access begins on the agreed start date of your training.

Coaching sessions are not recorded. There is no obligation to attend, but if you choose not to join, replays will not be available.

You are responsible for attending scheduled 1:1 conversations with artists and coaching sessions if you want to benefit fully.

Creative challenges are to be completed within the given timeframe for best results.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase via ThriveCart.

If you are on a payment plan, all instalments must be completed as agreed.

Intellectual Property

All materials, challenges, and resources are the property of True Voice English and are provided for your personal use only.

You agree not to share, copy, or distribute programme materials without prior written permission.

General

By joining, you acknowledge that the programme is designed for personal and professional development in English and is not a substitute for formal qualifications.

We reserve the right to update or adapt the structure of the programme to improve participant experience.

Hostile, aggressive, or upsetting behaviour towards our team or our artist partners will result in immediate removal from the programme, with no refund.

Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the start of your training to request a refund.

Refunds are only considered once you have completed and engaged with all three elements of the programme:

Daily creative challenges + follow-up conversations

Real-world 1:1 conversations with selected Scottish artists & designers

Precision English coaching for clarity and confidence

This ensures you experience the programme as designed before deciding it is not for you.
